There are many varieties of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries grown at Castleton. By using different varieties this allows a longer season. The varieties can vary in taste, appearance and texture - all are truly delicious! In the shop customers are given the chance to sample them and choose their favourite.

The fruit is all picked by hand throughout the season. Castleton have four rigs which makes the task a little easier for the pickers.
